Today I want to share a cheesecake/tart recipe with you. I make it regularly because it is quick, easy and healthy. This is a great alternative to traditional cheesecake. I thought it was too sour for my children, but they love it! Once, I forgot to add the sugar and they failed to notice...Try it and let me know what you think.

Tip: It takes 10 minutes to make this with a shop-bought pastry shell.
Serve with fruit of your choice. We love combinations of fresh fruit (eg: strawberries, grapes, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries) but tinned peaches are a good alternative when you have no fresh fruit available.
