Red Berry Smoothie!

My Daughter's Red Berry Smoothie!

Half this juice will give you one of your five a day...



1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup raspberries
(or 2 cups of berries of your choice)
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 cup semi-skimmed milk
1 cup Cranberry Juice

Wash the fruit and chop the strawberries. (My raspberries were frozen, but fresh work well, too).  Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz around until smooth.   Pour into cups and garnish with fruit, mint sprigs or add a swirl of vanilla yoghurt.


Serve and enjoy!
