These potato sweets are made at Christmas time in Germany. I discovered them at University, when my German friends invited me to join in their Christmas celebrations. Now, my children love to make them as a festive treat!
Ingredients
Marzipan
Cocoa or drinking chocolate
These are so quick and easy! My daughter made them as I put marzipan on top of the Christmas Cake.
Take a teaspoonful of marzipan and roll it into a ball.
Stick a fork into the ball to give your potato eyes and roll it around in cocoa.
If you have no cocoa, try drinking chocolate, like we did!
