Walking is so Good for You!

Walking is so uplifting: good for your fitness and well-being.
Spending time outside can raise your spirits and help you put things in perspective, whether you walk through the park, stroll through town or the countryside.  
I am always taking pictures when out walking...
 Sometimes it is the colours that are uplifting...
 Sometimes it is just the act of walking, forgetting everything else and living in the moment...
Sometimes it is in the detail, like this half-monster, half-tree...
Animals and wildlife are always wonderful, whether you are in the town or the countryside, there is always something to see.
