Three Tips for Your New Year's Resolutions!

  1. Don't set impossible targets or you set yourself up to fail.
  2. Take it one step at a time. 
  3. Don't give yourself too much to do or you lose focus.

My Resolution is: to get fit! 

How?
  • Walking regularly. This is the best place to start if you have not exercised for a while. Walking with family or friends is easier and you walk further without knowing it!
  • Getting out on family on bike rides or walks to the park.
  • Not beating yourself up if you can't keep up!  Keep trying and one day you will do it.
  • Build up your fitness gradually. It takes time.
  • Get down the gym.  Going with friends helps motivation and sessions like Spinning make it fun. What do you like? 
  • Try something new: what about weights or circuit-training?
  • Get up and exercise until it becomes routine.


That man striding out into the distance is my husband. We get out into the countryside walking or riding together as often as we can.  I am always one step behind him with my camera :)
